2 | Prepare information for us
f you know which products you need, send us a list of models and quantities. If you’re unsure what will be suitable, we can advise you and help select the best solutions.
To speed up the process and prepare an offer tailored to your project, the following will be helpful:
-Lighting layout plans indicating fixture types and electrical circuit distribution
-Interior floor plans showing furniture and equipment placement
-Visualizations of the designed spaces
-Information about the planned lighting control system -
3 | Delivery time
The standard delivery time for most products is 2–4 weeks and is counted from the moment the payment is received.

After finalizing the details and approving the offer, we issue a sales document.
Payment is made as a bank transfer in advance, before the order fulfillment begins. -
5 | Delivery
We typically deliver products via a shipping company at a date agreed upon with the customer.
